Community Development Manager

Kendra Home is a Community Development Manager at MHP, where she provides technical assistance and training to help rural housing providers acquire and preserve affordable housing in their communities. Previously, she was the Director of the Rural Housing team at Enterprise Community Partners and worked as a project manager for nonprofit affordable housing developers in the Gulf Coast region and Upstate New York. Her earlier professional experience includes managing both commercial and residential property portfolios. Kendra holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of New Orleans and is based in New Orleans.
