Torre de San Miguel provides 142 homes to families on the West Side of Saint Paul, providing much-needed 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments. 8 apartments are for families coming directly from homelessness, though 63% of all families have previous experience of housing instability. While the average household income is just $28,571, families are stable in their homes at Torre, with an average of 12 years’ tenancy— thanks in part to most units having project-based rental assistance.
