The Northview

The Northview redevelopment will deliver critical capital improvements to three of Beacon’s South Minneapolis properties – Cedar View, Third Avenue Townhomes and North Haven. These properties will serve 31 low-income families, including former refugee families and families who have experienced homelessness and housing instability.

Beacon homes serve over 1,500 residents in the greater Twin Cities metro, and 3/4 of these homes are supportive, with on-site services available for residents. Alongside our collaborative of congregations we build new apartment homes, invest in residents through supportive services, and champion policy solutions to ensure everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home.
