Project description:
Owned and operated by the Otter Tail County HRA, this new development will offer six affordable housing units designed specifically for adults age 55 and older. Income-qualified households earning up to 80% of the area median income will be eligible with three units income restricted at 50% of area median income, ensuring high-quality housing options for income limited seniors.
The project will feature two triplex buildings with spacious one- and two-bedroom units. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for easy, single-level living and includes a no-step entry, open floor plan, one and one-quarter baths, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private attached single-stall garage.
