Serenity Townhouses

We are developing affordable townhouses in collaboration with the Rondo Community Land Trust. The project will prioritize inclusivity and address the growing demand for workforce housing. The complete proposed project comprises a total of 17 units, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom end units. We are specifically looking for gap funding for the 4 4-bedroom end units. Each unit will feature a 2 car garage, 2 bathrooms and will span across three floors. Additionally, every unit within
our development will be built in strict accordance with the Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home (DOE ZERH) program, a testament to our unwavering commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability.
