Project description:
This home will be built by Sartell/ St Steven High School students in partnership with Central MN Habitat for Humanity volunteers. The home will be a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1,450 +/- sqft home serving a family between 35% and 80% AMI. The home will be located in the City of Sartell. Beyond serving a family when they purchase the home, students’ hands on experience building new homes have resulted in a large percentage of students continuing into the trades or post secondary education in the trades, an industry desperate for youth!
