Project description:
Midway Apartments will be a 72-unit mixed income new construction project in Virginia, MN. The site is vacant and ready to build. This funding proposal is for a three-story new construction project with underground parking that will have a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The proposed rental building is intended to be market rate with nine units restricted to 80% AMI. It is our intent to provide safe and affordable housing well into the future. Midway Apartments will be located near several major employers, recreational amenities, shopping, and Rock Ridge High School.
