CommonBond acquired Le Sueur Meadows I (LSM I), a 40-unit apartment complex in Le Sueur, in June of 2020. The property consists of five 8-plex buildings with detached garages, a community building with a site office and common area laundry, and a playground. The property was built in 2001 and is currently managed by Lloyd Management.
LSM I currently has four (4) MARIF units set aside for households that meet the eligibility criteria for Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP). The remaining units serve 50% AMI (16 units) and 80% AMI (20 units) households.
CommonBond intends to address critical rehabilitation needs at the property including: paving, security, decks and balconies, and water heating/HVAC.
