The Partnership Community Land Trust (PCLT) is dedicated to making homeownership affordable and sustainable for generations. This project is phase 1 to develop previously undeveloped land east of the Jefferson Quarry in Mankato. Three new single-family homes will be constructed and will be affordable to households earning up to 80% of Area Median Income.
