Project description:
This home on the Iron Range will be built in the City of Virginia, Minnesota using the MN Housing Tax Credit Program. The three bedroom, one bath, 1100 square foot home will serve a local household in need of affordable homeownership. Habitat serves people who fall below 60% of the area median income and have a need for housing. Applicants must qualify for an affordable mortgage and have a willingness to partner with community members in the construction of the home.
The anticipated fundraising need to complete this project is $175,000.
