Brief Description: This project will be the first multifamily project built in the Hackensack area in many years. A Housing Market Study was conducted by Maxfield Research and validated the critical need for workforce housing in our area. This site is ideal and is within the City limits and city water and sewer is available. Being that a nonprofit developer is involved we expect that the rental of the one and two bedroom units will be very affordable to employees in the community. Strong support has been received from the businesses in the area.
