Brief Description: Eastside Apartments will provide workforce housing to modest income individuals and small families (at or below 60% AMI). Approximately 50% of the units will have rents affordable to households with incomes at or below 50% AMI. Four units will be set aside for individuals who have experienced homelessness (High Priority Homeless) and five units will be set aside for single persons with disabilities (SPMI and/or Chemical Dependency). On-site support services will be provided by Three Rivers Community Action, Inc and a Service Coordinator will have an office at the apartment complex. Income limits will be at 30% AMI for the nine homeless and disability units, and Housing Support project-based rental assistance will be provided so that these households only spend 30% of their income on rent. LTH Housing Support Service Dollars (for 4 HPH units), Housing Stabilization Services will also pay for a portion of the Service Coordinator’s position, along with $20,000 in Unique Operating Expenses from the project operating budget. Lloyd Management will provide property management services to the property.
