Creekside Community is a low rent intentional living development of MNTLC. We completed a 4-plex in Phase 1 and are in the process of constructing a multi-family 12-unit complex in Phase 2 (with plans for an additional 19 units in Phase 3). The 12-plex will contain 10 studio units and 2 two-bedroom units.
11 of the units will be for people coming out of homelessness and/or who have low and extremely low incomes. 1 unit is reserved for a property manager. At least 6 of the units will be for unsheltered people with special needs such as the disabled, the elderly, and veterans.
