Project description:
High School students will be working on a rehab project for a single family dwelling. It is one and a half stories, with approximately 1200 square feet of living space. When completed, the house will be moved to its permanent foundation in either Fairmont or Granada, both communities in Martin County. The home will belong to a single mother and her two little boys. The house will be completely re-wired, with new plumbing, new siding, new sheetrock, new floors, and a full basement. New appliances will also be provided. We are so excited for the opportunity to take this little house that would have been torn down and turn it into a forever home for a young, low income family.
