2027 Glyndon Builds

The land has been donated to Habitat for Humanity Fargo Moorhead Area for development. We plan to build a single family home during the 2027 build season for one of our qualified families. These homes are sold to qualified families at a 0% interest rate and the first mortgage amount is based on the family’s ability to pay. The remainder of the cost is placed into a second mortgage that is waived if the homeowner pays the first mortgage in full. If the family sells before the first mortgage is paid in full, the second mortgage must be paid with proceeds from the sale.
