Anne Mavity

Executive Director

Anne Mavity has over 30 years of experience in affordable housing, capacity building, and community development. Among her varied experience she has worked on a Congressional subcommittee on housing, provided technical assistance and underwriting at CSH creating Permanent Supportive Housing policies and projects, and led development and organizing for Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative.  She served for 11 years as a City Council member in St. Louis Park, leaving that post in October 2020. She has since moved back to Minneapolis, where her career in housing began many years ago as Executive Director for Central Neighborhood.  Anne has a double BA degree in Government and Slavic Languages from Lawrence University, and a master’s in public policy from Georgetown University.
