2\. DREAM Infrastructure \(ROCs\)
For Resident\-Owned Communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin to repair or replace essential infrastructure\. One ROC will also be selected for an innovative new community project\.
3\. DREAM Acquisition \(New ROCs\): For manufactured home communities seeking acquisition support to become Resident\-Owned Communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin\.
