Director of Community Development

Leah Hall came to MHP in 2023 from ThreeRiver CAP agency, where she has led housing development and service alignment. Previously she worked at Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency (AEOA) managing housing projects and supervising the housing services team. She brings years of experience and passion for rural housing development and capacity building and is a renowned housing leader in Minnesota. Leah has a Master’s degree in sustainable development, and is certified in not only housing finance, but also leadership development for emerging leaders.
