• Advise on applications for public and private assistance
• HOME/McKinney-Vento compliance

Single Family Housing

• Assist groups in developing special financing arrangements
• Improve construction management techniques
• Achieve efficiencies and lower costs
• HOME compliance

Technical assistance providers are selected once the TA needs of the organization have been identified and the selection of outside consultants must follow federal procurement procedures. HUD only approves requests for technical assistance in instances where the scope of work to be approved has not already commenced.
